AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Australia Post with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees at the lowest possible postage costs. We do not charge a handling fee.  We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post via their International "Pack and Track" service.  International delivery times will vary but on average is 3-12 days. We will provide you with a tracking number to track your parcel online.  This delivery option is for garments weighing up to 2kg only.  For larger orders, please email us at info[at]sinerji[dot]com[dot]au or via our Contact Us page.  International postage table guide is below.  Please note: this table is a guide and certain delivery regions attract extra postage fees.  We will notify you if this applies to your order.  Fees are listed in Australian dollars.

REFUNDS

We do not Refund for incorrect choice but will happily offer an exchange or credit note if your garment/s isn't right for you. If you believe your garment is faulty, please return to us for assessment of the fault.  If your garment/s are deemed by us to be faulty, you will be offered a replacement, credit note or Refund.

RETURNS

If your Sinerji items arrive and are not the correct fit, please contact Head Office on phone number 1800 398 685, or via email at info[at]sinerji.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.  Then return the garment/s in question to the address below for a replacement or Credit Voucher. All returns must be unworn. Please include a self addressed, pre-paid post envelope for your replacement item/s. Any returns that have been worn or do not include a paid return envelope may be rejected.

We do not refund for incorrect choice, but we want you to have the best experience of our beautiful label, so we will do our best to help you select a replacement item that will fit perfectly to your shape and style, or we will issue you with a Credit Voucher.  If you receive an item that you believe is faulty, please contact us on 1800 398 685 and post back immediately for a replacement or Credit Voucher.   If it is deemed to be faulty, and a refund is requested, it will be honoured.

We request that you post using Registered Post as we can not take responsibility for items lost in the post.

SALE ITEMS:

Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for Credit of any kind. We do not offer exchange on Sale items. 

Why is that? We don't hold excess stock. We don't produce items specifically for sales as some other brands do. Our sales are real. Our sale items are legitimate last items in a style. The sale item you are choosing will be available in limited numbers. Once we send it out to you, we cannot offer it to others.

We have sold you something at a true bargain price.

What we suggest if it didn't suit or fit-  Alter the garment to make it perfect for you. Don't sew? Use part of your mega savings to pay someone fabulous to alter it for you and make it yours forever. Or pass on your super bargain to someone you think it may work for as a present.

We will happily help you find the best fit and size before you purchase. 

The only exclusion is if the item has a genuine fault.
