We are giving you a full access to different types of information concerning your account.

Additionally please note that our website contains numerous trademarks which can belong both to our company and third party companies. Using the logos, icons and service names is prohibited in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among our customers, and will be considered a violation of copyright law. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notifications. Our company is located in Australia and the laws of the state of Queensland shall govern any interpretation of these terms and conditions.


Please Note: we do not Refund for incorrect choice but will happily offer an exchange or credit note if your garment isn't right for you. 

We rarely have faulty garments, but as the Japanese say, it is only scientifically possible to be perfect 98% of the time. If you receive a garment that you believe has a fault, we will assess it and if found to be faulty, will gladly replace your item with another in perfect condition.  If we are unable to do that, a credit note, or a full refund will be given if the garment is faulty.

You can return your online order for exchange or assessment to our Sinerji retail store either in person or by post.

When posting, parcels must be traceable; Express Post is best.

Sinerji will not take responsibility for items lost in transit. Please direct returns/exchanges to the address is below.

Returns must be made within 21 days and items must be unworn, tagged and unwashed.

Refunds are not given for incorrect choice.

We will credit your original method of payment and currency.

Sale items are non-refundable and can not be returned for Credit.


We will exchange for change of mind/wrong size if the garments are returned within 14 days. The garment must be unworn, in good condition and still tagged.

There are 3 options available.

1.There is a $10.00 AUD re-delivery fee for all exchanges. If you would like to exchange size, style or colour, please email us your requirements at info@sinerji.com.au with your requirements. Include your name and number so we can contact you with availability options. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability of goods, therefore please list alternative item/s in case we have sold out of your first choice.

2. Or you are welcome to exchange or return your order in person at our Sinerji retail stores in Australia.

3. In the event that a suitable item cannot be found for exchange, you can be issued with a credit note for future use.

Please note:

1. All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Sinerji. We recommend you courier your package so you are able to track your parcel. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are included.

2. Our Natural dyed, hand loomed fabrics sometimes have slight changes in colour. There can also be very small knots where the weavers have changed to a new spool of thread. This is the beautiful natural part of our fabric and not a fault, and will not compromise the life of the garment in any way.
