Refund policy

REFUNDS

We do not Refund for incorrect choice but will happily offer an exchange or credit note if your garment/s isn't right for you. If you believe your garment is faulty, please return to us for assessment of the fault.  If your garment/s are deemed by us to be faulty, you will be offered a replacement, credit note or Refund.

RETURNS

If your Sinerji items arrive and are not the correct fit, please contact us via email at info[at]sinerji.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.  Then return the garment/s in question to the address below for a replacement or Credit Voucher. All returns must be unworn. Please include a self addressed, pre-paid post envelope for your replacement item/s. Any returns that have been worn or do not include a paid return envelope may be rejected.

We do not refund for incorrect choice, but we want you to have the best experience of our beautiful label, so we will do our best to help you select a replacement item that will fit perfectly to your shape and style, or we will issue you with a Credit Voucher. 

If you receive an item that you believe is faulty, please contact us via info@sinerji.com.au with your fault concerns. If it is deemed faulty you will be issued a Replacement, Credit Voucher or Refund.

SALE ITEMS:

Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for Credit of any kind. We do not offer exchange on Sale items. 

Why is that? We don't hold excess stock. We don't produce items specifically for sales as some other brands do. Our sales are real. Our sale items are legitimate last items in a style. The sale item you are choosing will be available in limited numbers. Once we send it out to you, we cannot offer it to others.

We have sold you something at a true bargain price.

What we suggest if it didn't suit or fit-  Alter the garment to make it perfect for you. Don't sew? Use part of your mega savings to pay someone fabulous to alter it for you and make it yours forever. Or pass on your super bargain to someone you think it may work for as a present.

We will happily help you find the best fit and size before you purchase. 

The only time a refund or exchange is an option with sale items is if it is deemed to have a genuine fault.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. 

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

*no returns or exchanges apply to all sale items, socks and underwear unless a clear fault is evident.

How to return for exchange:
Only items clearly unworn with tags will be accepted for exchange.
All exchanges must be accompanied with a self-addressed return parcel.
Please send any exchange items in a parcel with tracking (Aus post red parcels are best). See above for address.

We cannot be responsible for any items sent without valid tracking.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable due to clear fault)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Please send us an email ahead of posting your return advising that you wish to do so. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
