Bamboo Short Sport Socks (ped)

These short bamboo sports socks are perfect for the natural athlete or people on the go. Great support in the ankle and the base. Due to the moisture wicking properties you can easily wear these socks for long hours. Bamboo socks reduce heat & protect from blisters. These socks fit comfortably in a training shoe or sneaker.

This sports sock is 64% bamboo, 28% Tencel, 8% elastane. Tencel is very similar to bamboo fibre but is made from Eucalypt bark and is added to increase the strength of this sock.

Our socks and underwear are made by another brand. The company is based is SE QLD. This does not apply to any other product on our Sinerji Website. 

We have chosen to stock this brand as the bamboo has good eco credentials (oekotex, close loop production), as well as strong social ethics. Their quality is fantastic. 

They have good connections with their producers and regularly visit to audit (or at least have done for the past ten years until Covid). We have seen evidence of these audits for ourselves. The factory location is in China. 

They are also endeavouring to begin Australian made production and have just completed their first batches of Australian made (knitting only) thick bamboo socks in black. They are hoping to increase styles knitting in Australia. 

We will continue to support their process whilst we see good practice.
